Shrimp Saute Tomatoes Cream and Fresh Herbs

16 to 20 Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)

1/8 cup of Olive Oil

1/2 pint Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)

6 Garlic Cloves (Fine Diced)

1 tbsp Fresh Tarragon (Chopped)

1 tbsp Fresh Basil (Chopped)

1 Shallot (Fine Dice)

1/4 cup of White Wine

1/2 cup of Heavy Cream

Salt and Pepper


In heated saute pan

Add oil and garlic and saute

Add the shallots, tomatoes, and the herbs

Saute 2 minutes

Add shrimp and saute for 1 minute

Add the white wine, bring to a boil and reduce liquid by half

Add the cream and reduce to the desired thickness

Adjust salt and pepper

Toss with your favorite pasta or rice

Enjoy!
