Greek Baked Salmon

4 x 6 – 8 oz Skinless Boneless Salmon Filet
2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill
1 Tomato (Sliced into 8 slices)
1/2 a Stick of Butter
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 Cup of Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp of Salt and Pepper, S+P for taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Melt butter along with the juice of the lemon and set aside
Place salmon filets on a baking sheet
Season with 1 tsp of salt and pepper
Top with 2 slices tomato on each filet
Evenly sprinkle with the fresh dill on top of the tomatos
Mix the oregano with the feta cheese and top the salmon filets with the feta
Evenly drizzle the lemon butter on top of the filets
Bake 15 – 20 minutes till cooked through
Season with Salt and Pepper to your taste
