Quick and Easy Mac N Cheesy

2 Pints of Heavy Cream

  • Cheese can be Shredded or Diced and in any Cheese Combos to your liking

1/2 lb of Shredded Cheddar

1/2 lb of Shredded Monterey Jack

1/2 lb of Shredded American Cheese

1/2 lb Elbow Macaroni

Salt plus Pepper to you liking


Grab a large pot and fill with salt water and bring to a boil

Add the 1/2 lb of elbow macaroni and stir well

in the meantime

In a large saute pan

add the heavy cream and bring to a low simmer

slowly all the cheeses and blend well

bring back to a low simmer for 5 minutes

Add salt and pepper to your liking

Drain the pasta well and add to the cheese sauce

Return till simmer and mix well

Let cool for a few minutes

Enjoy!
