Shrimp Piccata Pasta Toss

1 lb of Penne Pasta

26 – 30 Peeled and deveined Shrimp

1/4 cup of Olive Oil

6 Garlic cloves (Diced fine)

1/2 cup of White Wine

1/8 cup of fresh Lemon Juice

1/8 cup of chopped Parsley

4 tbsp Cappers

4 tbsp cold Butter

1/2 cup of Pasta water

1 tsp of Salt and Pepper

1 tbsp Salt


Add the 1 tbsp of salt to a large stock pot and bring to a boil

Add pasta and cook according to the package

While pasta is cook

saute the garlic in a large pan over medium high heat

Add shrimp the shrimp and increase heat to high and cook for 1 mintue

Add white wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil

Add the parsley and capers and return to boil for 1 minute

Drain pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water

Add pasta to saute pan along with the butter and pasta water

Simmer till well blended

Season with salt and pepper
