Anitas Tuna Macaroni Salad

1 lb Cooked Medium Cooled Elbow Pasta
2 cans of Tuna in Oil (Any style)
1 Medium Grated Onion
1 Large grated Carrots
3 cups of Mayo
2 tbsps White Vinegar
1/8 cup of Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
Add all ingredients to a large bowl minus the canned tuna
Strain 1 can of Tuna and leave the other as is
Add both cans to the bowl and mix
Add salt and pepper to your liking
