Pork Cutlet Milanese with Lemon Brown Butter

4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops

2 cups of Flavored Bread Crumbs

1 cup of Flour

4 Eggs (Beaten)

1/4 cup of Oil

2 Sticks of Butter

Juice of 2 Lemons

1/8 cup of Fresh Chopped Parsley

2x 1 tsp of Salt and Pepper


Pre heat saute pan over medium heat

Preheat over 150 degree

Meantime using a meat mallet or heavy saucepan, pound pork cutlets to 1/8″ thick

Season with 1 tsp salt and pepper

Place pork chops in flour (Shake off excess)

Dip in Egg (Shake off excess)

Dip in bread crumbs on both sides

Melt 1 stick of butter till foamy

Carefully place in saute pan and brown both sides

Reserve in your pre heated oven at 150 degrees to keep warm in a new pan

Remove oil from saute pan and wipe clean

Place saute pan back on heat and add butter

Cook till a light golden brown

Do not Burn

Add the lemon juice, parsley, and rest of salt and pepper and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes

Ladle over pork

Enjoy!
