Baked Filet of Scrod Bianco
  • This recipe requires a blender or food processor

2 to 4 Boneless and skinless scrod fillets

1 Dozen garlic cloves (Peeled)

1 cup of oil (Not virgin)

1/2 cup of Parsley

2 x 1 tsp Salt and pepper

1 cup of Crushed ritz crackers

2 cups of Shredded swiss cheese


Pre heat oven to 400 degrees

Grab your blender or food processor

Add garlic, oil, parsley, salt and pepper puree till smooth and put aside

Mix the crushed crackers and cheese together

Place the scrod on a baking pan

Season with salt and pepper

Smother fish with garlic sauce

Marinate for 30 minutes

Top fish with the crumb and cheese mixture

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until topping is brown and fully melted

Allow to rest for 5 minutes
