Potato Egg Salad

5 lbs cooked (Peel and diced)
1 Large grated onion
4 Celery Stalks (Fine diced)
1/2 tsp Celery Seed
6 Cooked Eggs (Diced Small)
3 cups of Mayo
2 tbsps White Vinegar
Combine all the ingredients and gently toss with the potatoes
Add salt and pepper to your liking
Serve chilled
