Pepper Creamy Chicken

2 Large Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast

2 tbsp Course Cracked Pepper

1 Shallot (Diced small)

6 Garlic Cloves (Diced small)

8 oz Sliced Button Mushrooms

1/8 cup of Brandy

1 cup of Heavy Cream

1/4 cup of Oil

1 tsp of Salt and Pepper

1/2 tsp of Salt


Pre heat your saute pan over high heat

Split chicken lengthwise in half

Season with 1/2 tsp salt

Press black crushed pepper on both sides of chicken

Add oil to your pan and saute chicken on both sides for 2 – 3 minutes till golden brown

Leave oil

Remove from pan

Add the garlic and shallots to the remaining oil and saute for 1 minute

Add mushrooms and saute for 2 – 3 minutes till tender

Add chicken back to the pan and the brandy

Reduce liquid by half

Add the heavy cream bring to a boil then lower to a simmer and reduce till thickened

Season with the remaining salt and pepper
