Baked Meatloaf Florentine

1 Ground Turkey
1 x 8oz Package Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 Medium onion (Fine Diced)
1/4 cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
6 Garlic Cloves (Fine Diced)
1 tsp of Poultry Seasonings
1 tsp of Ground Sage
2 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup of Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp of Salt and Pepper
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
Squeeze all water out of spinach
Add the spinach and all the remaining ingredients in a bowl except for the teriyaki sauce and mix well
Form meat mixture into a loaf
Shape appox 8″ long by 4″thick onto a greased baking pan
Spread teriyaki sauce all over the loaf
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temp of 155 degree
let rest for 10 minutes before serving
